Temple has fallen three spots back in the national rankings, but remains in the top 20 for the third week in a row.

This week’s Penn Monto/NFHCA Division I Coaches Poll puts the Owls in the No. 17 spot. Temple was ranked No. 11 and No. 14 in the two weeks prior.

The Owls had a big weekend, with a 4-1 win against conference rival Villanova and 3-2 double overtime win against Longwood. They have won three straight since losing 2-0 to Delaware on Sept. 13.

At 6-2, Temple is off to its best start since 1991.
